We provide all the plates, cups, napkins, forks & knives.
We will arrive 90 minutes prior to the start of your event. You must have 1 or 2 volunteers meet us to help unload and get set up.
Depending on the size of your crowd, the serving line can be self-serve or you might want to help serve the sausage and drinks.
We need two 6-8' long tables (one for our equipment ~ the other for your serving line) and several large trash cans.
If you plan to serve more than 200 people, then you will need to keep the syrup bottles re-filled throughout the event.
We need access to one 110v electrical outlet and potable water to mix our pancake batter.
With your help, it shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to clean up and reload our equipment.
The minimum fee of $265.00 plus delivery ($20 Minimum OR $.50 per mile - to and from Rose Hill, KS) Applies to ALL Events, $75.00 overnight ~ NO EXCEPTIONS!
